Exchanges and Returns

  1. The provision of goods and services by Watches Unlimited is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Watches Unlimited will refund the client in full within 30 days. 
  2. In the event of receiving damaged goods kindly contact Watches Unlimited and arrange to return the product to Watches Unlimited. Upon receipt of the product Watches Unlimited will assess whether it is faulty and should it find that the product is indeed faulty then Watches Unlimited undertakes to replace the product with a similar item or if none is available to refund you.
  3. Should an item need repair under the stipulated warranty, kindly contact our head office directly. 
  4. Watches Unlimited will exchange a product that is significantly different to the product described. In the event that the item described is not available then Watches Unlimited will exchange the item for another of your choice or refund you the purchase price.
  5. In the event of an exchange Watches Unlimited will refund you the original purchase price of the returned item in the same method used by you to make the payment and using the same payment method will charge you the value of the new item.
  6. Items can be exchanged under certain circumstances and at the discretion of Watches Unlimited provided that such exchange is made within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase thereof. Items can also be exchanged at any of our stores. There will be no returns or exchanges of worn or used products. Upon receipt of the product it will be inspected and if it appears to be worn or used it will be returned to you at your own cost.
  7. Products must be returned to us by a means of a reliable trackable courier company and must by insured to the value of the Products. Products must be returned by a method that requires a signature from us to acknowledge our receipt of the returned Products. Alternatively we will arrange for collection at your cost. 
  8. When you return a Product to us:
    1. in the event that you have cancelled the Contract between us within the 14 day cooling-off period , we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
    2. for any other reason permitted on our Returns and Exchanges page, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of any refund to which you are entitled via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including the reasonable cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
  9. Refunds will be made using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
